HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Department HOUSEKEEPING Date: Sep’16
Reports To SITE IN CHARGE
Purpose Support Site/shift in Charge & Supervise the Housekeeping Staff.
Areas of Responsibility (1) Ensure and maintain high standards of cleanliness at the site
(2) Follow the instructions from the Site/shift in Charge in terms of practising correct cleaning procedures, dilution & correct use of chemicals, proper use of equipment etc.
(3) Ensure that all staff wears appropriate uniforms and safety gear and adhere to the safety standards as per the industry norms.
(4) Ensure proper displays of signage by the cleaning staff.
(5) Maintain discipline and quality of work by the General Cleaners.
(6) Ensure no pilferage and wastage of materials due to negligence.
(7) Assist the concerned Manager in preparing the daily reports of the staff, equipment, material & inventories.
(8) In addition to the above duties, the Supervisors would be responsible for additional duties Equipment maintenance (regular Health check / Service Schedules / Training of staff for proper use of equipment / Supervise usage etc.); Stocks Inventory (Set Par stocks / Take regular inventories / Order material / Maintain Stock registers / Maintenance of Daily Attendance and other Statutory Records .
(9) Supervise that housekeeping staff use equipment and machinery as per laid down usage guidance to avoid any damage.
(10) Supervise all staff follow all SOPs.
Success Factors Assign and supervise the cleaning operations allocated at site.
Work in coordination with the Site in Charge and the Client
Resolve HK Complaints immediately.
Key Skills and Requirements Graduate, with 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Able to handle manpower and maintain discipline.
Drive the team to deliver as per client expectation.

GUEST RELATION ATTENDANT – MALL OPERATIONS

Department Mall Operations Date: Sep’16
Reports To Assistant Manager – Mall Operations
Purpose Supports management in implementation of set SOP’s for mall operations in regards to the daily activities to ensure smooth operations and customer handling for a delightful experience during the mall visit
Areas of Responsibility Mall Operations

  • Meeting and Greeting the customers at Mall helpdesk.
  • Answering their queries regarding brands/stores/promotions.
  • Reporting to Assistant Manager Ops on administration & functional matters.
  • Checking on the safety, cleanliness & satisfaction of guests/ retailers of the mall during mall walk through.
  • Handling guest/retailers queries over telephone/ in person.
  • Co-ordinate between retailers & concerned department regarding maintenance & other issues at preliminary stage.
  • Situation handling skills like how to handle lost and found operation/ how to handle child lost and other situations arising from time to time by seeking advice from reporting managers in case needed.
  • Take guest feedback and apologies, if required, and escalate the issue to concerned departments.
  • Handling designated floor queries of common area maintenance.
  • Maintaining paper work/ files at the helpdesk for record keeping.
  • Need to empathies with Retailer and customer issues and Report the same to seniors for timely corrective action.
  • Be aware of essential service facilities like taxi on call/ Wheelchair/ Ambulance services.

    Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service/ public Dealing.

TECHNICIAN

Department Engineering Date: Sep’16
Reports To Supervisor
Purpose Maintenance of HVAC system.
Areas of Responsibility 1. Operation and maintenance of HVAC system

  • Operation of chiller and all AC units in different buildings.
  • Taking instruction from supervisor for servicing and maintenance of AC units.
  • Taking care of all the tools during work.
  • Attending breakdown of AC units.
  • Assisting in installation of new AC units.
Success Factors

    Responsibility of maintenance of HVAC system.

Key Skills and Requirements
  • ITI in refrigeration trade.
  • At least 2 years working experience in maintenance.
  • Understanding of HVAC system.
  • Knowledge of operation of chiller plant.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of HVAC system.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems.
